First Day of School!

I apologize to everyone for the mass posting of pictures. Hopefully I can stay on top of it now. The first day of school was last Thursday August 20th. Ethan started 5th grade and Preston 2nd grade. I had a hard time saying good-bye. Summer just went to quick and I was not ready to give them back to the school. Kayt told me it was alright they would be back but then half way through the day she had her break down and cried for her brothers and told me to go get them. They both seem to be liking school and I hope they have a great year. I love you boys.

Zoo

My friend Mikelle and I took the kids on a picnic and to the zoo. It was a fun day with Mikelle. The kids were all excited to spend time with Maycie.

Gwen

Welcome baby Gwen! My sister Loriane welcomed a beautiful baby girl on August 3rd. She is beautiful and we are all so glad that she is here.

Feeding the Ducks

We took all of the cousins to feed the ducks in Idaho Falls on the greenbelt. I think the little kids ate as much as they threw.

Ransom Family Reunion

We went to Island Park for the day and were able to spend it with Uncles and Aunts and many cousins! It was a great day and I enjoyed seeing people that I had not seen in awhile. I wish that I would have been able to spend more time with everyone and visit more.

Cousins!

Cousins! Cousins! Cousins! We had all of my brothers and sisters in town. The kids had fun playing with their cousins. We had a great day celebrating my nieces birthday with her. Thank you Lauren!

Swim Lessons! Allyson was able to join the boys for swim lessons this year. By the end of the two weeks she was actually liking the water and having fun. The boys have done amazing and will both be in the last level next year.

Kohler Camp Out

The kids had a fun day playing on the beach and swimming in the water at Bear Lake.
This year we went to Bear Lake for the Kohler camp out. We missed Zak and Jody since Zak was sick. The kids had fun going to the cave and exploring!
I can not figure out why some of the pictures are side ways. I apologize!
We enjoyed the rest of the 4th of July by having lunch with Gramps and Mawga and then BBQ and fireworks with friends. It was a fun day.

Our 4th of July started with the Idaho Falls parade with Loraine and Nolan.

Judy Reunion

The kids always have a good time at Grandpa Judy's ranch. They enjoy playing with cousins and it such a beautiful place.

Nathan's mom and I took the kids to Idaho Falls and participated in the Title of Liberty walk. We walked two miles with our flags and then placed then in a field of flags. We were able to put family members names on a yellow ribbon and tie it to one of the flags we carried to the field. It was a neat experience.

Our time at the ocean disappeared to quickly and it was time to go home. We stopped a couple of our favorite places alone the way home. Kaytlyn quickly learned that even Multanomah Falls has a time out bench!

More fun on the beach! We had alot of fun building sand castles and waiting for them to be washed away. We were all covered in sand when we were done.

We had a fun day at Newport and enjoyed the aquarium.
